Est\u00e1 compuesto por una red de solo seis callejones estrechos, conectados por pasadizos incluso m\u00e1s angostos, lo suficientemente anchos para que una sola persona pueda pasar. Tienen la justa iluminaci\u00f3n y por supuesto no cabe el paso de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Muchos de los bares solo aceptan clientes habituales, que a su vez han de haber sido&nbsp; presentados por un cliente existente, aunque muchos otros aceptan clientes no habituales, algunos incluso se esfuerzan por atraer turistas extranjeros mostrando carteles y listas de precios en ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay <strong>bares<\/strong> tan min\u00fasculos que no aceptan mas de 10 personas de aforo. De hecho, algunos cobran una tasa (<em>cover charge<\/em> de unos 1000 yenes) por ocupar un sitio (un taburete), si es que queda libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Origen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este rec\u00f3ndito lugar sobrevivi\u00f3 al gran terremoto de Jap\u00f3n de 1923 y a la II Guerra Mundial que vino a continuaci\u00f3n, por lo tanto, le da aun mayor singularidad. Hasta los los a\u00f1os 50 se convirti\u00f3 en refugio de prostitutas y venta de productos del mercado negro (ilegales). A partir de los 60 cambi\u00f3 para acoger a artistas y dem\u00e1s personas relacionadas. Sus paredes est\u00e1n plagadas de carteles de pel\u00edculas, pel\u00edculas y conciertos. Otros atienden a clientes con un inter\u00e9s particular, como ir, pel\u00edculas de explotaci\u00f3n o carreras de caballos. Es una zona muy tranquila por el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los bares en Golden Gai son conocidos en particular por las afinidades art\u00edsticas de sus clientes.
